I always thought of books as a medium far too static for my work – too much of a statement, too permanent in a constantly changing context where everything becomes fluid under the pressure of the Zeitgeist.

But a magazine is a piece of thought, made in its time for its time.

The meaning of the word itself also seems appropriate: a magazine is a place of storage or receptacle for ammunition. Something intense and densely packed.

If you like, consider it a sketchbook, a fanzine, a mixtape or a mood board for an alternate reality.
